Bötaniqa provides integrated wellbeing services — including facial and skin treatments, body-based sessions inspired by traditional Chinese medicine, and psychotherapy / mindfulness work — at our studio in Balwyn North. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice. Please consult a qualified health professional for any medical concerns.

2. Bookings and cancellations

All bookings are confirmed by us via email or phone. Please arrive a few minutes early.

Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or missed may incur the full session fee.

3. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information when booking.
Disclose relevant medical conditions and allergies before treatment.
Use the website in a lawful, respectful way.
